Advent H & W uses this bottom-up approach to achieve success. The requirement of executive support is also critical to make an effective and lasting corporate culture and identity shift towards health and activity.
Advent H & W offers an array of custom wellness programs to our corporate customers. Professionalism and experience in wellness and corporate health allows delivery of highly effective programs at a reasonable cost. The first step in this process is to schedule a complementary management interview. After this initial meeting a custom program can be developed that matches your organization’s goals.
Workplace Health Assessment ‘A START POINT’ 30 minute, 1-on-1 interviews
This motivational interviewing tool directs further programming by looking at the current work environment and attitudes of the workforce. The interview includes an initial consultation for each employee and includes an introduction to the next phase of programming – typically the Motivation site. Once the target number of interviews is completed, an aggregate report with a summary and recommendation page for senior management is created. This program can also be accessed via internet and phone.
Motivation Program Web-based assessment & health promotion
ADVENT uses award-winning software and web solutions as the backbone of our health & activity programs. Motivation is used by health promotion organizations throughout the world to perform population health and needs assessments and to plan and implement health enhancement programs. ADVENT customizes and manages the Motivation site for each corporate customer.
Motivation participants will learn more about their specific needs by taking the health risk assessment (HRA) and productivity tool. Participants can also log activities and workouts, log specialty measures such as blood pressure or weight, and participate in custom challenges and incentive programs tailored to each corporate customer.
HRA Consultation & Goal Setting: our online HRA is a well-researched and proven tool developed specifically to evaluate the health status and health risks of individual participants. Every HRA is followed by a consultation designed to empower employees with tools and motivation for change. Duration - 30-45 minutes.
